Morris County School of Technology chapter of SkillsUSA attended the Northeast 2009 Automotive Show
On Sunday, March 22nd, members of the Morris County School of Technology chapter of SkillsUSA attended the Northeast 2009 Automotive Show to spread the word about SkillsUSA to different workers in the industry. Local state officers Alex Claas and Clare Pelligrini, as well as chapter members Alex Orama and Brittany Reddin spoke to several automotive workers and shop owners about what SkillsUSA is and what we do. Several auto workers also expressed interest about helping with the upcoming State Conference in ways such as judging and sponsoring.
 
 
Bringing Home the Gold  - Morris County School of Technology kicked off our 2009 SkillsUSA season of completion at Ocean County Vocational School on February 7, 2009.  Cosmetology students Xiomara Muniz, Aida Rodriguez, and Amber Williams competed in Tech Prep Show Case, Human Services. The ladies placed first, which allows them to move on to national completions in Kansas City, MO in June.
