| The Morris County School of Technology will be promoting this movement at its 2nd Annual Eat Smart, Move More week, to be held the week of May 11, 2009. Each day the students and faculty will be engaging in exciting activities incorporating healthy eating and fitness concepts. Below is a list of the lunch time activities scheduled for this year: |

1) Olympic Games utilizing WII
a. Hosted by Power Play Gaming in Denville
2) Culinary Challenge
a. Hosted by MCST’s Culinary teachers and students
3) Cycling Contest
a. Hosted by Marty’s Reliable Cycle in Morristown
4) Agility Challenge
a. Hosted by MCST Staff and gym teachers
5) Jump Rope Contest/Dance Dance Revolution Contests
a. Hosted by MCST Staff
In addition morning events in the cafeteria will include:
1) Free Bananas sponsored by FoodTown in Denville
2) Free Yogurt provided by MCST
3) Free Smoothies

| We will have guest speakers throughout the month of May including a Dietician associated with a local hospital. The Morris County School of Technology staff would like to recognize and thank The Morris Area Wellness Partnership, which started Eat Smart, Move More. They will be providing giveaways for the students. |
