Academy for Culinary Arts

The Academy for Culinary Arts is a full-time, four-year high school program for students entering the 9th grade with specific interest in the areas of culinary arts, baking and pastry.

Specialized academy courses include Sanitation and Food Handling, Nutrition, American Regional Cuisine, International Cuisine, Baking and Pastries and Restaurant Management.

This highly focused hands on program prepares students for careers in the hospitality industry; including hotel and restaurant chef, pastry chef, and baking.

Seniors, if qualified, may select the 12th grade option to attend the County College of Morris.
