The Exercise Science Program is a 2-year program that focuses on health and fitness. This program is designed for 11th and 12th grade students in Morris County who are interested in careers in the health and fitness industry. The Exercise Science program provides a foundation for a variety of career pathways, some that allow for immediate entry into the workforce after high school and many of which require 2 or 4-year degrees.
Morris County high school students in 10th grade may apply for their 11th and 12th grade year.

Students attend the following sessions for this Share Time program
Year 1 Students: Morning Session 8:00-10:50 am
Year 2 Students: Afternoon Session 12:10-2:50 pm
Students earn: 20 Career and Technical Education credits per school year
Students learn/experience:
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Course (includes CPR, AED certification)
- Personal Trainer Certification
- Field Experiences

Students are required to:
- Read and comprehend information at the high school level
