The English Department of the Morris County School of Technology is committed to developing students’ innate curiosity about their world through immersion in powerful classic literature and pressing contemporary issues. With the support of carefully implemented 21st century technology, students learn to read deeply, question methodically, speak and write purposefully, and listen both critically and empathetically. In our learner-active classrooms, students learn to lead, to cooperate, and to fully engage in the serious pursuit of literacy in all of its forms.
