Junior Year

  • Schedule Your Junior Parent Conference (Invitation Will Be Provided in December)!!!
  • Plan, Register, and Prepare for the SAT, and/or Act (Starting After January).
  • Utilize SchooLinks
  • Continue to Investigate Your Career/College Pathway. 
  • Begin Your “Colleges I’m Thinking About List” and Visit the Individual College Websites.
  • Gather Admissions Information and Personal College Requirements (Tuition, Location, Major, Etc.)
  • Visit Colleges While They Are Still in Session. Use this as a guide.
  • Fill out CCM/College Options Application If Applicable.
  • Line up an Internship, Summer Job, Volunteer Opportunity or Other Activity.  Stay Involved!
  • Start Writing Your Resume for College Applications and Internship! 
  • As Always….Keep Your Grades up!!
  • Start your college essay  during spring time in English class.
