Hello everyone. My name is Eugene Devereux. Please call me Gene.

I will be teaching the HVACR1 class this school year. This is my first year of teaching the day program.

I have been teaching the evening HVACR class for the past 19 years.

I have been in the HVACR business over 50 years, and have been self-employed for the past 14 years.

I'm looking forward to working with the high school, students. To me teaching is my way of giving back to the field.

I have always enjoyed working with high school students. In the past, I coached baseball, and hockey from little league through high school.

And feel working with the teams gave me a lot of experience working with young kids.

My personal opinion, is the HVACR trade, is the best of all the trades.

There are so many different opportunities in this field. It is changing everyday, and will keeps us on our toes.
