Share-Time Pathway Program at the Morris County Career Training Center

The Healthcare Pathway program at the Morris County Career Training Center provides comprehensive preparation for careers as dental assistants, emergency medical technicians, or medical assistants. Students master essential healthcare skills through industry certification instruction, foundational college coursework, and hands-on training in a modern learning environment equipped with the latest technology and resources.

Learning Experience

This innovative two-year program for high school juniors and seniors combines immersive classroom learning with real-world internship experiences during senior year. Students engage in career pathway exploration, college-level coursework, and certification preparation while earning 40 CTE high school credits and college credits from County College of Morris that can be applied toward an associate's degree.
