PTO Membership Letter
Hello MCST Families,
Welcome back! We hope you are looking forward to another great school year at the Morris County School of Technology.
The MCST PTO represents nearly 1,000 students, families, friends, and staff across our campuses. Our mission is simple: to strengthen the school community and enhance the high school experience through programs, events, grants, scholarships, and activities that support both students and teachers.
As we prepare for the new school year, we invite you to renew your PTO membership and continue supporting the programs and opportunities that make MCST such a special place.
Renew Your PTO Membership
For just $10 per family, your annual PTO membership helps fund:
- Student events, including Homecoming and Grad Fest
- Teacher Mini-Grants that support innovative classroom projects
- Student clubs and extracurricular activities
- Wellness and college-readiness programs
- Staff appreciation initiatives
- Community events like Bingo+ Night and more
Want to make an even bigger impact? Consider adding a Keep It Simple (KIS) Donation:
- $40 for families with one student
- $60 for families with multiple students
Your additional gift helps the PTO begin the school year with the resources needed to support students and staff from day one.

- Log in to your existing account (or create one if you're new to MCST).
- Review and update your family and student information.
- Please verify that your student's T-shirt size is current.
- Update your directory preferences, if needed.
- Renew your PTO membership and, if you'd like, add a KIS donation.
If your family account includes another parent or guardian, be sure their information is also current.
Why Membership Matters
Beyond supporting the school community today, maintaining PTO membership each year also keeps your student eligible to apply for PTO-sponsored senior scholarships. Students must have a family PTO membership during all four years at MCST to qualify.

Families who join or renew their PTO membership between August 1 and September 15, 2026 will be entered to win our Best of MCST Gift Basket, filled with gift cards, local experiences, merchandise, and more generously donated by area businesses.

- Drop off your donation at the Denville Campus Main Office (please label it "PTO Membership Drive").

Please submit donations by September 11, 2026.
As a thank-you, we'll recognize participating businesses on our social media and at our Back-to-School Night table. Donations are tax-deductible (EIN: 27-1795324).

Denville Campus Cafeteria
Doors open at 6:00 PM • Games begin at 7:00 PM
This annual event features cash prizes, raffles, door prizes, and plenty of fun. Tickets go on sale in mid-October and sell out every year!
