New Jersey Thespian Festival

Every year, the New Jersey Thespian Festival takes place at Robbinsville High School in Trenton, New Jersey. Students can compete in performance and technical events. Competitions include advanced tech challenges, musical and monologue performances, short film contests, and a plethora of other categories.
On the weekend spanning December 7 to 8, MCST’s very own Troupe 7890, sent 22 students and returned with 17 awards and 1 scholarship. VPA Multimedia senior, Aaron Carr, represented MCST by serving as a 2019-2020 State Troupe Officer on the NJ Thespian State board.
MCST won 14 Superior medals and 4 other awards and recognitions.
